Stopped on around noon on a Friday, and the place was packed, the parking lot was also packed. I got the bun thit nuong cha gio, grilled pork vermicelli bowl with eggrolls. The pork was good, marinated southern Vietnamese style, with a hint of lemongrass. The eggrolls were crispy and also good. Only complaint is the pork wasn’t actually grilled, because it lacked that grilled over charcoal taste. But overall, very good. $21 with tip

The good: food, service, cleanliness. The bad: parking, rushed, entrance. The pho here is great, the service is fast and tea is refilled promptly. The order taker is a little overbearing, standing over you as you are deciding. The parking spots are tight. The entrance is east bound Parmer only. If you need a quick, delicious soup, then this is the place.

Great, fresh food and fast, friendly service. Get the fresh noodles if you like that texture of chewy, almost like perfect pasta. I always get the spicy beef broth in the vegan pho for all the veggies. Broth here is always fantastic, and especially very soothing if your thriat is starting to feel scratchy or it's cold outside .

As the temperature starts to drop, my hankering to enjoy some comforting hot meals begins to encroach upon me. Fresh Bowl offers a wide selection of well-known Vietnamese dishes that’s able to satisfy you well enough for its price. I went with their small three toppings pho with fresh noodles and picked rare steak, flank, and meatball. Their warm broth, on its own, had a nice flavor to it—the flavor profile was well balanced. Accompanying alongside were the noodles, they held a smooth texture and were soft. The rare steak and flank were okay but didn’t woo me as they don’t have a profound flavor. However, the meatballs did. These meatballs are SO good. They have a nice chew and their flavor is extraordinary. Overall, my experience with Fresh Bowl was a positive one. I highly enjoyed their pho and was satisfied at the end. Their meatballs were superb; if you’re going to try their pho, definitely give the meatballs a try.

This used to be Pho King under old ownership and now that it’s been renovated and renamed it’s still a great, authentic place to get pho or other Vietnamese food. Menu has fried, rice, noodle, and other options, as well as yummy coffee drinks. The pho looks and tastes authentic, with the noodles made in house.

I loved it! Menu is hard to understand because of the names. But has English descriptions. It’s the closest to authentic Vietnamese that I’ve ever had!
